 2. Optimized SMS Message Throttling: This enhancement is designed to increase the success rate of SMS messages across carriers.

 3. Bulk Schedule Next Action: This new feature assists agent work planning by allowing them to schedule the next action in bulk.

 4. Last 5 Actions Summary: This enhancement enables users to download the last 5 actions summary along with customer status.

 5. Field Visit Data Download: This new feature allows users to download field visit data.

 6. Email ID and Email From Name Personalization: This enhancement is to make the Emails From Name and ID look like client emails

 7. Payment Reference Enablement in Payment Report: This enhancement enables payment reference in payment reports.

 8. Custom Fields Enablement: This enhancement allows for custom fields in customer listing, download, and template modules.

 9. Capturing Customer ID and Invoice Number for Successful Payments in Stripe: This enhancement captures customer ID and invoice number for successful payments in Stripe.

 10. Clickable Dashboard for Additional Components: This enhancement includes additional components like ageing summary and customer status.

 11. Enable Adhoc Upload Module for Accounting Books: This new feature facilitates contact and status updates. Additionally, the update includes a performance optimization fix for batch and dashboard queries.

Maxyfi's latest software update brings 4 new features, 11 enhancements, and bug fixes. Here are the key highlights:

 1. accept.blue Payment Gateway: This new feature is enabled in Maxyfi for debtor portal and agent transactions.

 2. Command Center: This new dashboard assists work planning and distribution across days and agents.

 3. Debt Collection Dashboard: This new dashboard provides specific metrics to monitor debt collection progress.

 4. Customer Consent Tracking: This enhancement tracks customer consent for call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. Other enhancements include:

 • Payment Upload: Upload payment files from clients and bank statements to debtor records.

 • Customer and Contact Upload: Upload to simplify the load of customer and contact records.

 • Letter Attachment: Letter templates enabled as attachments for emails.

 • Payment Receipt via Email: Send payment receipts via email in just a click.

 • Instant Payment via Call: Card payment enabled as a disposition of call action.

 • Save Card in Payment Plan: Save card information as tokens for payment plan debit and enable re-use.

 • Promise Call Reminder: Enable calendar alert for promise and payment plan date.

 • Formulas in Template: Enable date add function and add arithmetic operator in communication template.

 • Portal Link QR: Customer portal link enabled as QR code in communication template.

 • Invoice Edit: Allow status change and due amount edit for Rotessa sync invoices.

Additionally, the update includes a fix at the customer and invoice filter level.
